Ingredients
- Chicken Breast 2
- Cup of tomatoes sauce
- Cup of fresh mushrooms
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 White onion
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- ¼ stick of butter
- Vegetable oil
- Flour
How to cook
In a sauté pan, add vegetable oil to the bottom of the pan. Dredge, chicken and flour and place in pan. The heat should be on medium. Once the chicken starts to cook on one side, add your peppers, onions and mushrooms once the chicken is golden brown, one side turn the chicken. At this point turn the peppers, onions and mushrooms, so they all mix together. Add salt and pepper and oregano to taste. Let cook at a simmer for three minutes. Then add your tomato sauce and butter and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
