Ingredients
- ¼ pound fresh pasta
- Half of Red onion
- 3 slices of Prosciutto
- ¼ cup of red wine
- ¼ cup of grated Romano cheese
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Crushed red pepper
How to cook
In a frying pan, add olive oil to the bottom, add diced onions and prosciutto. Once the onions are caramelized, add the red wine and a cup of marinara sauce. Add crushed red pepper and fresh basil to taste. Add boiled pasta and grated Romano cheese, let, and serve.
